ATB:
The Automatic Trade Broker (ATB) is a user-friendly system that allows you to trade 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Call:  321.397.2070

Simply dial (321)397-2070 and follow the voice instructions. For reference, you can follow this step-by-step guide.

General Information:
Have your Florida Barter account number ready. You can always touch Zero (0) for help and the star key (*) to return to a previous menu. Touching the pound sign (#) after each entry will speed the process. You will always be given a chance to verify your entries. The ATB always sends information you request back to the fax number of record in our computer.

Step-by-Step Trading Using the ATB:

1. Have both the seller and buyer’s account numbers as well as the transaction amount.
   

2. Dial up the ATB at (321) 397-2070. You can listen to the automated authorization options or skip ahead by entering “1”.
   

3. At the prompt:
   a) Enter the buyer’s account number, followed by #,
   b) Enter the seller’s account number, followed by #,
   c) Enter the amount including cents. (i.e. $200.00 is entered as “2-0-0-0-0-#)
   d) The sale is then authorized or denied based upon the buyer’s available credit and account status.
   e) Record the authorization number on your authorization form.
   

4. You may now return to the main menu for other options or simply hang up the phone.
   

5. Complete an Florida Barter transaction slip with the information you provided to the ATB and the authorization number the ATB gave to you. Retain the white copy of the transaction slip for your records and provide the yellow copy to the buyer to act as a receipt of the transaction. It is no longer necessary to mail copies of transaction slips to Florida Barter corporate office.

Past due accounts and deficit accounts will be turned down automatically. If your sale has been declined, contact an Florida Barter broker by calling (321) 397-2050 or (800) 359-2953.

• You do not have both the buyer and seller’s account numbers.

• You need a partial or pre-authorization.

• You are requesting a credit.
